  • 2014 – iRAP win Prince Michael award for continuing to ensure safer roads worldwide
  • EuroRAP was presented with a Special International Award by Prince Michael of Kent in 2009 for Road Injury Prevention.

EuroRAP Awards

EuroRAP operates an Awards Committee whose purpose is to receive, make and review nominations to reward those Member clubs or organisations that have shown outstanding achievements in progressing the aims of the Association towards reduction of road death and serious injuries. In particular award winners have shown progress in one or more of the following areas:

  • Significant contribution made to the provision of safer roads (investment programmes, community and professional education, or political support)
  • strength of team work and collaboration in delivering the programme;
  • innovation and research output
  • long-term sustainability of the programme
